Selain itu, perlu memastikan adanya komunikasi yang terbuka dan jelas dengan mitra outsourcing serta menetapkan KPI yang jelas untuk memastikan bahwa praktik outsourcing memberikan manfaat yang diharapkan.

Pada prakteknya di PT Human Capital Global (HCG), selalu ada KPI atau SLA (service level agreement) yang disepakati dan dilaksanakan bersama. Bersama dengan klien kami (pengguna outsourcing) selalu dilakukan evaluasi berkala. Tujuannya adalah perbaikan. Perbaikan ini wajib hukumnya bagi PT HCG, karena motivasi kami menjadi mitra bisnis (business partner).

Satu hal yang juga sangat penting adalah kepatuhan atau compliance. Pastikan perusahaan outsourcing yang bekerja sama patuh pada peraturan yang berlaku. Ada banyak cara mengukur kepatuhan, seperti: bukti lapor ke Dinas terkait, random check slip gaji, random check interview ke karyawan outsourcing, dan beberapa cara lain. Tujuannya membuktikan kepatuhan terlaksana.

Kampanye perkenalan maskot HCG (baca: hasege)

Kampanye positif untuk mengimbangi suasana negatif akibat pandemi.

Sebagai sebuah perusahaan jasa, PT Human Capital Global, HCG (baca:hasege) menyadari akan kebutuhan komunikasi brand terhadap pasar yang menjadi tempat dan tujuan usaha HCG. Namun pasar yang dihadapi memiliki natur komunikasi yang unik sehingga membuat HCG terdorong untuk mencari bentuk komunikasi yang dapat menjadi jembatan antara mereka dengan HCG. Cara efektif dan efisien adalah dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai kapal untuk mengarungi derasnya arus informasi yang berjejalan untuk mencapai sasarannya.

Komunikasi yang akan dibawakan HCG melalu media sosial haruslah memiliki satu jangkar untuk menyatukan segala bentuk komunikasi yang dibangun. Menggunakan tokoh atau endorser bukanlah sebuah langkah bijak, karena akan membuang sumber daya dan ketergantungan akan seseorang yang merupakan pihak eksternal dari HCG. Untuk itu dibuatlah sebuah maskot, yaitu bentukan visual yang merepresentasikan logo HCG menjadi sebuah pribadi yang sesuai dengan kultur kerja HCG.

Bentuk maskot HCG ini sengaja dibuat sedemikian rupa agar dapat berjalan pada setiap suasana dan siap beradaptasi untuk segala bentuk komunikasi yang diinginkan HCG dalam menjangkau masyarakat. Namun yang terpenting maskot HCG ini diupayakan untuk menjadi ramah pada setiap usia yang ditemui. Bentuk maskot yang fleksibel ini juga mengambarkan fleksibilitas HCG dalam berbisnis, meskipun masih dalam batas-batas legal dan seturut undang-undang.

Jangan kuatir untuk tidak bertemu dengan maskot HCG dalam setiap komunikasi visual yang dikeluarkan oleh HCG. Sang maskot akan selalu menyapa siapa saja yang memiliki hubungan dengan HCG dalam lingkup sosial media.
